Each week Manna Kids provides your children with Bible-based, age-appropriate experiences designed just for them, in a safe and fun environment. Our Manna Kids Team has the privilege of investing in your child through prayer, worship, teaching, Small Groups, and creative arts. We are passionate about partnering with you to train your kids to change their world.
The safety of all children in Manna Kids is our number one priority. In addition to a secure check-in process, every SERVE team member has passed a background check, personal interview, and our training process. Manna Church has an active security team during, before, and after services. Also, in response to current public health issues, we have implemented several new cleaning and safety measures. It is our goal to provide a safe and secure environment for all participants during our services.
Every teacher has a passion for helping your child come to know Jesus and understand they were made on purpose for a purpose. We encourage getting to know the kids and their parents and praying for them throughout the week. We are for your family and want to partner with you in building the foundation of your kids' faith.
Teaching kids the love of Jesus is our primary focus, but you can also expect to see and hear plenty of worship, games, and giggles! Our desire is that every child leaves Manna Kids excited to return.
Your baby/toddler will experience a time of structured activities designed to cover the basics of human development and fine motor skills. As your child grows, our team encourages healthy behaviors through intentional care and play times with them.
Movement makes memory! In this class the kids will interact with the lesson through engaging videos and activities that bring the Bible to life! We want the kids to know they were created on purpose for a purpose by a God who loves them and wants a relationship with them.
1st through 3rd grade children will have a large group worship experience and Bible study then break into classrooms for small group time.
Fourth and Fifth graders attend a “Rally”. They’ll begin service with the congregation, then be released to their Rally time where they learn the lesson for the day in an environment that prepares them for Student Ministries.
In order to provide a safe environment for all kids and Manna Kids team members, please do not check-in your children into MannaKids if they are sick or have had a fever within the last 24 hours.
We have a check-in process that ensures both the child and parent receive a sticker. The child’s sticker will be placed on them and has their name as well as a code on it that matches the parents’ ticket. At pick up the parent must present their ticket to the teacher before checking their child out. There is a security team each Sunday located at different areas throughout the children ministry areas. All SERVE team members have to go through a background check process before joining the team.
Our children’s ministry utilizes Life.Church for our curriculum.
It highlights the salvation prayer appropriate for the different age groups. It also highlights some foundational principles and has a firm Bible teaching linked to application.
What Manna Kids are learning this month.
This month our Preschoolers will be learning about God’s Good News. God gave us the Bible so we can learn His truth: God made us to be His friends! The Bible is God’s true story. It tells us God made you and me to be His friends! Feed the Bible’s truth to your heart so you can learn from it. It will turn the lights on for your heart so you know who God is and what He’s done for you!
This month our Elementary Kids will be learning about what hope in Jesus looks like. Our best hope is anchored in Jesus—He is always good and that never changes. When we choose to follow Him, He gives us a hope that is alive: He died for our sins but came back to life to give us a better eternity. Hope in Jesus is powerful and it comes with responsibility. Our hope in Jesus isn’t just for us. God’s plan is for us, as people of His Church, to spread the hope of Jesus to hurting people who need it.
Who is God? What does He look like? Does our big God get involved in our tiny lives? Does He even care? God is pretty mysterious, so what do we actually know about Him? After three weeks of Within Reach, the Rally Kids will know that our big, loving, and forgiving God is with them as they look, love, and live. And, they’ll understand that learning about who God is helps them know who they are.
We would love to have you SERVE with Manna Kids! The first step is to complete Growth Track and a SERVE team application with background check. We don’t ask people to give their time to Manna Kids, we invite you to invest your time – an investment that imparts Life to our children.
